View NFT holdings and liquidity positions to understand illiquid asset exposure. Analyze wallet age and portfolio concentration metrics to assess overall portfolio health. The AI translates these technical holdings into a plain-language risk summary with a clear verdict (High Risk, Moderate Risk, Low Risk, or Well-Diversified), categorized risk breakdowns with metrics, specific warnings for each identified risk factor, explanations of what each risk means and how large the exposure is, and a final overall risk assessment. This is an essential tool for investors, traders, and anyone who wants to understand the risk profile of their portfolio.

HOW TO USE

1. Connect your Web3 wallet (Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, BSC, or any EVM-compatible chain).

2. Select the network that matches your target chain from the dropdown.

3. Enter the wallet address you want to analyze.

4. Choose whether to include DeFi positions in the risk analysis.

5. Click "analyze risk exposure" to read on-chain token balances and generate an AI risk summary.

6. Review the risk level verdict, categorized risk breakdowns, specific warnings, and overall risk assessment.

7. Use the risk summary to identify portfolio vulnerabilities and make informed decisions about position sizing and diversification.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM

Portfolio Risk Exposure Summary reads real on-chain token balances for the specified wallet address using the provider. The tool queries token balances across ERC-20 tokens and native ETH, identifying all holdings and their types (native, stablecoin, DeFi token, NFT). It fetches current prices for each token using a price oracle or market data provider. It calculates total portfolio value and asset allocation percentages. It identifies concentration risk by measuring the largest position as a percentage of total portfolio value — thresholds are 70%+ (High Risk), 50-70% (Moderate Risk), and below 50% (Low Risk). It calculates stablecoin exposure by summing all stablecoin holdings (USDC, DAI, USDT, BUSD). It identifies DeFi protocol exposure by categorizing tokens (UNI, AAVE, MKR, CRV, LDO). It analyzes wallet age by checking creation block. The parsed on-chain data is then passed to the AI bridge (BGAI.generate) which produces a structured risk summary in plain language. The AI explanation is capped at 1,024 tokens and focuses on actionable risk insights and clear warnings.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool cannot verify that token balances reflect current holdings across all chains — balances may be inaccurate or spread across multiple networks. It cannot detect off-chain assets or holdings that are not represented as tokens on-chain. It cannot guarantee price data accuracy or timeliness — prices may be delayed or differ across providers. It cannot predict future market movements or liquidations — risk analysis is based on current holdings only. It cannot ensure that all DeFi positions are accurately captured — some positions may be represented as LP tokens or other derivatives. The AI analysis is based solely on token data and prices — it cannot detect off-chain holdings, pending transactions, or future price movements. Always verify critical information independently and never rely solely on automated analysis for financial decisions. The AI explanation is generated and does not replace reviewing what you are actually signing in your wallet.
