WHAT IT DOES
Breaks a page load into the phases that have different causes — DNS, connection, server response, download, DOM building and rendering — and colours each against realistic thresholds. Also groups every request by type with transfer sizes, and lists the five slowest.

HOW TO USE
Install the free BotGentz extension, buy, click your install link. The breakdown appears shortly after load.
WHY THE SPLIT
A single load-time number tells you nothing about what to fix. Slow server response and slow rendering have completely different remedies, so they are shown separately.
THE PANEL
Drag it anywhere by its header. It remembers where you put it on each site, snaps to the nearest corner, collapses, resizes, and hides to a bubble with Escape — so it never covers what you are reading.
