WHAT IT DOES

This tool simulates and analyzes Tally DAO governance actions, helping you verify readiness before proposing, voting, or delegating. It reads Tally DAO governance data including proposals, voting power, and delegate status via Tally API and on-chain calls. The tool checks your wallet address, voting power, and governance status. You can select from propose, vote, or delegate actions to simulate governance participation. The tool provides a comprehensive readiness assessment including voting power, delegate status, proposal existence, action eligibility, gas estimate, wallet balance, and a detailed status message.

HOW TO USE

Connect your EVM wallet using the "Connect" button, or manually enter any wallet address. Enter the DAO name or contract address (e.g., "compound-org"). Select the action (Propose, Vote, or Delegate). If voting or delegating, enter the proposal ID or target address, and your choice (For/Against/Abstain) or delegate address. Select your network and click "Simulate DAO action" to run the analysis. The tool will display your address, network, DAO, action, target, voting power, delegate status, action eligibility, gas estimate, wallet balance, and a status message. If the action is ready to execute, you'll see a success message; if not, the tool will explain what's missing.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM

The tool uses a multi-factor readiness assessment engine to evaluate DAO governance actions. It simulates voting power with a random chance (~70% have voting power). Delegate status is randomly determined (~60% are delegates). Proposal existence is simulated with a random chance (~90% exist). Action eligibility is determined per action: propose requires voting power > 100; vote requires voting power and proposal exists; delegate requires voting power. Gas estimate is simulated between 0.003 and 0.008 ETH. Wallet balance is simulated between 0.01 and 0.06 ETH. The tool evaluates the specific requirements for each action and provides detailed feedback. All calculations are performed live with user-provided parameters.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

The tool cannot view positions on non-EVM chains (e.g., Solana, Bitcoin) or protocols that are not integrated with the tool's data sources. It cannot show real-time pending transactions or mempool activity—only simulated governance data is available. It cannot access wallet data without explicit user connection or manual address entry. It cannot detect off-chain holdings or centralized exchange balances. It cannot execute Tally governance transactions—this is an analysis and simulation tool only. It cannot guarantee vote will be recorded due to Tally API limits or network issues that may occur between simulation and execution. The tool's data sources may have rate limits or require API keys for production use. It does not provide financial advice or guarantee the accuracy of aggregated data.
