About this app

WHAT IT DOES

The Token Emission Schedule Adjuster enables owners to modify token emission schedules. It reads comprehensive state from emission and token contracts including current emission rate, total supply, max supply, emission start and end times, emission duration, adjustment eligibility, adjustment windows, owner address, authorized adjusters, platform fees, governance state, timelock state, pending adjustments, and adjustment history. Users can adjust emissions using multiple methods: adjustEmission with rate, end time, and max supply; updateEmissionRate with force option; modifyEmissionSchedule with timelock bypass; or setEmissionParams with full control. The tool displays current emission parameters and adjustment history, providing full visibility before modifying token economics.

HOW TO USE

Connect your Web3 wallet and paste the emission contract address and token contract address. The tool never hardcodes addresses—you specify the contracts you're vouching for. Select the adjustment method, enter the new emission rate (tokens per second), optionally set a new end time (Unix timestamp), and optionally set a new max supply. Provide custom adjustment data if required. Check "Approve token spending" to handle approvals automatically, "Force adjustment" to bypass checks, or "Bypass timelock" to override delay periods. Click "Fetch emission state" to view current emission rate, total supply, max supply, emission start/end times, emission duration, adjustment eligibility, adjustment window, owner address, platform fee, and adjustment history. Review the displayed emission parameters carefully—changing emission rates affects token economics and supply. Click "Adjust emission" to submit the adjustment transaction. Transaction status, gas costs, and confirmation are displayed upon completion.

MECHANICAL ADVANTAGE: COMPREHENSIVE EMISSION STATE AGGREGATION WITH ADJUSTMENT HISTORY DISCOVERY

Unlike hardcoded emission tools that only show current rates, this tool fetches nine different state variables in parallel using Promise.all with individual error boundaries, ensuring that a revert in one view function doesn't prevent retrieval of other critical metrics. The tool automatically discovers adjustment history by iterating through adjustment event indices until it hits empty entries (capped at 10 for performance), displaying executor addresses, rates, and status for full transparency. The tool dynamically selects the appropriate adjustment method based on user input—adjustEmission with full parameters, updateEmissionRate with force, modifyEmissionSchedule with timelock bypass, and setEmissionParams with full control. Gas estimation factors in adjustment method complexity, and the tool uses receipt.effectiveGasPrice post-transaction for accurate cost reporting rather than relying on the pre-EIP-1559 gasPrice cap. Emission rates, supply caps, and timelock status are displayed prominently, enabling informed adjustment decisions.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool cannot verify that the token contract or emission contract is legitimate or has not been compromised. It cannot detect if the adjustment parameters have been manipulated or if the contracts have been upgraded or modified. Adjustment may not execute at optimal gas price due to network conditions or succeed if the contract is paused or frozen. The tool cannot recover funds if execution fails due to contract bugs or insufficient approval. It cannot verify that adjustment parameters are valid, predict gas prices during congestion, or detect if the adjustment has been front-run. The tool cannot ensure that the emission schedule will be adjusted correctly, verify off-chain emission calculations, or provide financial or investment advice. It cannot guarantee that the emission rate is sustainable, verify the correctness of the emission model, ensure that all conditions for adjustment are met, or track adjustment status outside of the tool. Adjusting emission rates has significant economic implications—ensure you understand the impact before making changes.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool operates on EVM-compatible chains only. It reads from and writes to emission contracts but provides no financial or investment advice. All adjustment decisions remain your responsibility. Always verify contract addresses, emission parameters, and adjustment limits before submitting transactions. The tool displays current state but does not automatically adjust—you must review and confirm each transaction through your wallet. Gas costs vary by network conditions; the tool estimates but cannot guarantee optimal pricing. Emission adjustments may be subject to timelock delays, governance requirements, or owner-only authorization—ensure you have the appropriate permissions. Changing emission rates affects token supply inflation and economic model—understand the consequences before executing an adjustment.
