WHAT IT DOES

This tool verifies token-gated event access by checking NFT ticket ownership, event metadata, and verification status, helping event organizers and attendees confirm entry eligibility. Given a verification contract address, a ticket/NFT contract address, an optional token ID, and an optional user address, it reads the user's NFT ticket balance, ownership of specific tokens, event name, event date, venue, and whether the ticket has already been used. It also retrieves the verification status from the contract, including whether the user has been verified and the verification timestamp. The tool then determines access status—Access verified, Ticket valid (event not started), Ticket already used, Access denied (no ticket), or Pending. It displays a visual ticket preview with event details, a verification badge, and a breakdown of access factors with checkmarks or crosses. All data is pulled directly from the blockchain in real time, providing a transparent, auditable verification process for event access.

HOW TO USE

Connect your wallet using the Connect button in the header, or enter a user address manually. Select the target network from the dropdown—Ethereum Mainnet, Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum One, Base, or Sepolia testnet. Enter the verification contract address and the ticket/NFT contract address. Optionally, provide a token ID (required for specific ticket checks) and a user address (defaults to connected wallet). Click "Verify access." The tool will fetch the user's ticket balance, ownership status, event metadata (name, date, venue), ticket usage status, and verification status. Results appear in the card below with a prominent access verification badge, event details (name, date, venue), a ticket preview showing the ticket address, ID, balance, ownership, and usage status, detailed verification information, and a breakdown of access factors with checkmarks or crosses. Use this information to verify event access eligibility.

EVENT ACCESS VERIFICATION WITH TICKET METADATA AND USAGE STATUS ANALYSIS

The tool provides comprehensive event access verification through multiple on-chain reads. First, it attempts to detect the ticket type using the ERC721 interface (balanceOf, ownerOf, symbol) to confirm NFT ticket ownership. It then calls the verification contract's getTicketMetadata() function to retrieve detailed event information—event name, event date (as a Unix timestamp), venue, and a boolean indicating whether the ticket has already been used. This usage status is critical for preventing double-entry. The getVerificationStatus() function returns whether the user has been verified and the verification timestamp. The verifyAccess() function checks all conditions—ticket ownership, event date validity, ticket not used, and any other contract-specific requirements. The tool also reads the required ticket address via getRequiredTicket() to confirm the correct ticket contract is being checked. The current timestamp is compared against the event date to determine if the event is upcoming, ongoing, or past. All factors are combined to provide a clear, actionable access verification status with detailed ticket and event metadata.

WHAT IT CANNOT SEE

This tool cannot verify physical event attendance—it only checks on-chain ticket ownership and usage status. It cannot ensure ticket authenticity beyond the on-chain record; counterfeit tickets may exist off-chain. It cannot detect ticket transfer fraud or ensure that the person presenting the ticket is the legitimate owner (unless the verification contract enforces ownership checks at the time of verification). It cannot validate user identity beyond the wallet address. It cannot guarantee that access is enforced correctly at the venue. It cannot assure that the verification contract is free from vulnerabilities, bugs, or malicious code. It cannot verify that the ticket contract address is correct or that the token ID corresponds to a legitimate ticket. It cannot detect double-spending if the contract does not properly mark tickets as used. It cannot provide legal or security advice or guarantee that attending the event is safe. All data is provided as-is for informational purposes only; any reliance on the tool's output for event access decisions is the sole responsibility of the user.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool supports EVM-compatible chains only: Ethereum Mainnet (1), Polygon (137), Optimism (10), Arbitrum One (42161), Base (8453), and Sepolia testnet (11155111). Solana, Tron, Starknet, SUI, TON, Aptos, Bitcoin, Cosmos, and XRP are not supported. The tool requires a Web3 provider (MetaMask or WalletConnect) and access to an RPC endpoint for the selected chain. It does not store any wallet data, ticket IDs, or verification records. All queries are performed directly against the blockchain in real time. The tool only provides read-only information and does not execute any transactions. Access verification is a snapshot based on current on-chain data and does not guarantee access at a later time. Always verify critical data independently through a block explorer and consult with event organizers before relying on any verification decision.
