WHAT IT DOES

vBulletin Thread Subscription Manager scans the current page for vBulletin thread subscription data, extracting thread titles, subscription statuses, last post dates, and forum categories from vBulletin subscription management pages. The floating panel provides subscription management tools including bulk unsubscribe, subscription filtering by forum, and subscription activity tracking. A summary of total subscriptions, active threads, and subscription categories is provided. Filter by forum and subscription type, view thread activity, and export subscription data as CSV or text. Inactive threads are highlighted, and subscription trends are tracked.

WHERE IT RUNS

Works on vBulletin subscription management pages, including subscription lists, UserCP subscription views, and thread management interfaces. The script detects subscriptions using vBulletin-specific selectors and extracts subscription metadata. It works best on vBulletin subscription management pages.

HOW TO USE

The panel displays a summary of subscription statistics (total, active, inactive, forums) followed by a list of all detected subscriptions. Each subscription shows its title, forum category, last post date with days since, and status. Click "Scan Subscriptions" to detect all subscriptions on the current page. Export the subscription data as text for tracking or cleanup. The panel automatically highlights inactive threads (30+ days since last post) and shows forum breakdowns.

MECHANISM — SUBSCRIPTION EXTRACTION WITH ACTIVITY TRACKING

The script detects vBulletin subscriptions by finding subscription containers using selectors (.subscription-item, .thread-row). From each container, it extracts the thread title, forum category, subscription status, and last post date using targeted sub-selectors. Last post dates are parsed from various formats and compared to the current date to calculate days since the last post. Activity status is determined using the configurable threshold (default 30 days), with threads older than the threshold marked as inactive. The summary calculates total subscriptions, active count, inactive count, and forum breakdown. All extraction and analysis runs client-side with no network calls.

THE PANEL

The floating panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per domain. Click the minimize button to collapse it to a small bubble, or press Escape to hide it. The panel automatically adjusts to different screen sizes and can be resized to show more content. All settings, including activity thresholds and export preferences, are saved per domain. The panel integrates smoothly with any page layout using the BGPanel framework, maintaining clean separation from page content.

PLEASE NOTE

This script requires the free BotGentz extension to run. It does not send any data to external servers; all extracted subscription data and settings remain entirely local to your browser using GM_setValue. The script never reads password fields, hidden inputs, or file inputs. It stores only thread titles, forums, last post dates, and subscription statuses from publicly visible vBulletin page content. Subscription detection depends on the page structure; if subscriptions are not detected, use the "Scan Subscriptions" button to refresh extraction. The script works on vBulletin pages and detects pages by hostname. Activity thresholds are configurable and can be adjusted to match your forum activity patterns. Data persists across browser sessions and is isolated per browser profile.
