HOW TO USE Connect your EVM wallet using the "Connect" button in the header — this provides the network context for the analysis. Enter the DApp domain or URL you are connecting to in the input field. Optionally enter the requested permissions (comma-separated, e.g., "view address, view balance, request transactions") and the requested chain (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon). Click "Analyze connection request" to begin the analysis. The tool checks the domain reputation, analyzes the permissions, and sends the data to the AI for a plain-English connection risk explanation. Results appear within seconds, showing the DApp domain, chain, risk level, trust score, requested permissions with risk indicators, flags, and a comprehensive AI-generated explanation written in clear, conversational language. CONNECTION RISK DETECTION AND SCORING The tool uses a multi-layer approach to detect connection risks. Domain reputation is checked against a list of known trusted DApps (Uniswap, 1inch, Curve, Aave, Compound, Balancer, SushiSwap) and suspicious patterns including airdrop, claim, reward, giveaway, free, bonus, promo, and unusual TLDs (.xyz, .top, .club, .click). Permissions are analyzed for dangerous actions — "request transactions," "sign transactions," "transfer," "approve," "send funds," and "withdraw" — which indicate the DApp can initiate on-chain activity. The trust score starts at 0 and is adjusted: trusted domain (+30), DeFi-related domain (+10), suspicious keyword (-20 per match), suspicious TLD (-15), dangerous permission (-20 per match), broad permission (-25), and unusual chain (-10).
