About this app
WHAT IT DOES
Amazon Seller Central Bulk Listing Price Updater lets you update prices for multiple listings in a single operation. Instead of opening each listing individually, navigating to the price field, editing the value, and saving — repeating this for every single listing — this tool provides a unified checklist of all listings on the current page. You can filter listings by title, ASIN, or SKU to quickly find the ones you want to update. Select any number of listings using checkboxes, choose your price adjustment type (Percentage or Fixed amount), enter the adjustment value, and click Update. The tool then automatically processes each selected listing — opening the edit modal, calculating the new price, setting the value, and saving the changes. This turns what could be dozens of manual operations into a single batch action, making seller repricing, margin management, and promotional pricing significantly faster and more efficient.
WHERE IT RUNS
This script runs exclusively on the Amazon Seller Central web application in your browser. It activates on the inventory management page, listing view, and manage inventory screens within Seller Central. It requires the BotGentz extension to inject and execute the script. The tool does not work on the Amazon mobile app, the API, or any third-party Amazon clients — only the web-based Seller Central interface accessed through a Chromium-based or Firefox browser. It specifically targets pages under *.amazon.com, including the Seller Central inventory and listing management views.
HOW TO USE
After installing the script via BotGentz, log in to your Amazon Seller Central account and open the Inventory or Manage Listings page. The tool automatically detects the listing list and displays a floating panel on the right side. The panel shows all listings on the current page, with checkboxes next to each listing entry. Each listing displays its product title, ASIN, SKU, and current price. Use the search box to filter by title, ASIN, or SKU to narrow down your selection. Check the boxes for every listing you want to update. Below the listing list, select your price adjustment type — "Percentage (%)" for percentage-based changes or "Fixed amount ($)" for flat dollar adjustments. Enter the adjustment value (e.g., 10 for a 10% increase or $5.00 for a fixed increase). Click "Update Prices" and confirm the action. The tool will process each selected listing one by one — opening the edit modal, calculating the new price, setting the value, and saving. A status message appears when the operation completes, showing how many listings were successfully updated and the total price change.
THE ACTUAL MECHANISM — WHY IT WORKS
Amazon Seller Central's interface is built with React and uses a component-based rendering system for its listing management. The inventory list is rendered as table rows or cards, each containing listing metadata and action buttons. This tool scans the DOM for listing items using multiple selector patterns that Amazon consistently uses across versions. For each listing, it extracts the product title, ASIN, SKU, and current price from the visible text content and data attributes. Each listing is assigned a unique identifier from data attributes or checkbox values. When updating prices, the tool locates the edit button within each listing item and triggers a click event that opens the price edit modal. The tool calculates the new price based on the selected adjustment type — percentage increase (price * (1 + value/100)) or fixed amount (price + value) — and rounds to two decimal places. The tool then sets the price value using React-friendly event dispatching — setting the value via the native setter and dispatching both "input" and "change" events to ensure React registers the update. The tool then clicks the modal's save/update button, waits for the modal to close, and proceeds to the next listing. This approach works without making direct API calls, which would require authentication credentials and knowledge of Amazon's internal API structure. By using the existing UI, the tool works within Amazon's own permission and validation system, and continues to function even if the underlying API changes.
THE PANEL
The floating panel is fully draggable — click and drag the header to reposition it anywhere on the page. The panel's position is saved per site in localStorage, so it reappears exactly where you left it when you return to the inventory page. Double-click the header to snap the panel to the nearest edge (left or right). A collapse button minimizes the panel to a small tab showing a dollar emoji badge, keeping it out of the way while still accessible. The listing list inside the panel is scrollable and resizes vertically based on the number of listings. Pressing Escape while the panel is focused closes it completely; reopening is done via a small button injected near the page toolbar. All panel interactions are non-blocking — Seller Central's main UI remains fully responsive while the panel is open, and the panel updates automatically when you navigate between pages.
PLEASE NOTE
This script requires the BotGentz extension (free) to run user scripts on Amazon Seller Central. Amazon frequently updates its Seller Central interface and modal structures; if the tool stops working, check for an updated version within BotGentz's script repository. This tool does not store, transmit, or log any listing data, pricing information, or seller details — all operations occur locally in your browser with no external network requests except those made by Amazon itself. Price updates are applied through Amazon's own UI event system, so all changes respect your seller account permissions and pricing policies. The tool does not bypass Amazon's security or permission system; it simply automates the clicks you would otherwise perform manually. For sellers with a large number of listings, the tool may take several minutes to complete the operation, as each listing is processed sequentially with delays to avoid overwhelming the UI. A progress indicator shows which listing is currently being processed. Always double-check your selections and adjustment values before applying changes, as bulk price updates can affect sales velocity and profitability. The tool only affects listings visible on the current page; to update all listings, use Seller Central's built-in pagination controls or adjust your view to show all relevant listings. The price adjustment is applied to the current price of each listing and can be used for both increases and decreases (enter positive values for increases, negative values for decreases).
