About this app
WHAT IT DOES
Chewy Web Autoship Reminder reads the Autoship schedule and next delivery dates from your Chewy Autoship page and displays a countdown badge showing the time remaining until each item's next delivery. The badge changes color based on urgency—yellow for upcoming (under 5 days), red with pulse animation for soon (under 2 days), and green for delivered items. The panel shows each Autoship item with its name, next delivery date, and a countdown timer. The extension tracks delivery history per item, counting how many times each item has been delivered. A notification system alerts you when deliveries are approaching within 3 days, with a once-per-day cooldown to avoid spam. The panel also shows a summary of total Autoship items and how many are upcoming.
WHERE IT RUNS
This extension works on all Chewy pages at chewy.com and its subdomains, specifically on the Autoship management page where subscriptions are displayed. It runs on the main Autoship view, the subscription list, and any page showing Autoship items and delivery dates. The extension operates entirely within your browser and does not access Chewy's servers directly—it reads only what is visible on the page you are viewing. It works alongside the free BotGentz extension, which provides the necessary scripting environment.
HOW TO USE
Install the extension, then navigate to chewy.com and open your Autoship management page. The extension automatically detects your Autoship items and displays them in a panel. Click the extension's icon in your browser toolbar to open the panel. The panel shows each item with its name, next delivery date, and countdown. A countdown timer updates in real time. Use the "Refresh" button to manually update the panel with the latest Autoship information. The reminder frequency setting controls how often delivery reminders appear—Always, Once per shipment, or Once per session. The "Enable notifications" toggle controls desktop notifications for upcoming deliveries. Delivery history is tracked per item, showing how many times each item has been delivered.
SELECTOR-BASED AUTOSHIP EXTRACTION WITH COUNTDOWN CALCULATION AND DELIVERY TRACKING
Unlike simple date display tools, this extension uses a multi-selector extraction engine to find Autoship items and their delivery dates from Chewy's varying page structures. It searches for Autoship items using multiple selector patterns and falls back to text parsing when elements aren't found. Delivery dates are parsed using a date extraction regex that handles multiple date formats (MM/DD/YYYY, Month D, YYYY, etc.). The countdown is calculated in real time using Date comparisons, and the display updates dynamically. Per-item delivery history is stored using a unique identifier derived from the item ID or name, tracking the number of deliveries and the last delivery date. The notification system checks for items with deliveries within 3 days and sends a desktop notification once per day, with a configurable reminder frequency to control notification behavior.
THE PANEL
The panel supports drag-to-move anywhere on the page. It remembers its position per site, so it stays where you placed it on chewy.com. Click the panel header to collapse it down to just the minimized bubble, or click the expand handle to show the full panel. The panel can be resized by dragging the bottom-right corner. Press the Escape key to close the expanded panel and return to the minimized state. All panel settings, including position, size, collapsed state, reminder frequency, notification toggle, and delivery history, are saved per site and persist across browsing sessions.
PLEASE NOTE
This extension requires the free BotGentz extension to be installed and active, as it provides the underlying DOM injection and script execution environment. Chewy's website changes periodically, and Autoship element structures, class names, and page layouts may be updated. When that happens, the extension may stop detecting Autoship items until an update is released. The extension stores your reminder frequency, notification preference, and delivery history locally in your browser's storage using GM_setValue. Delivery history is stored as a key-value object where keys are item identifiers and values contain delivery count and last delivery date. The countdown is based on the delivery date displayed on the page—actual delivery timing may vary. Always verify with Chewy directly for the most accurate Autoship information. No data is ever sent to any server, and no personal information is collected. You can clear all stored settings at any time by clearing your browser data for chewy.com.
