WHAT IT DOES

This tool revolutionizes ShareASale affiliate link generation by enabling bulk link creation directly from merchant product pages. It scans your current ShareASale merchant page, extracts all visible product names, SKUs, categories, and merchant IDs. You can then filter products by name or SKU, select individual products or use the select-all-filtered feature, set your affiliate ID and optional tracking code, and generate affiliate links for all selected products with one click. The script displays generated links directly in the panel with individual copy buttons and a bulk copy-to-clipboard function. You can choose between standard link format or links with tracking pixel parameters for advanced campaign tracking.

WHERE IT RUNS

This script operates on ShareASale merchant product pages at shareasale.com/merchants/, affiliate link pages at shareasale.com/affiliates/, member pages at shareasale.com/members/, and link generation interfaces at shareasale.com/links/. The panel appears automatically when you navigate to any supported ShareASale page, integrating seamlessly with ShareASale's interface. The tool intelligently detects merchant IDs from page data or URL parameters, making it easy to work with multiple merchants without manual configuration.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any ShareASale merchant product page or link generation interface.

The panel appears automatically on the left side of the screen.

Enter your ShareASale affiliate ID in the "Affiliate ID" field (required).

Optionally enter a tracking code for campaign attribution.

The merchant ID is auto-detected, but you can manually override it if needed.

Click "Refresh" to load all products from the current page.

Use the filter input to search products by name or SKU.

Check the boxes next to products you want to generate links for, or use "Select All Filtered".

Choose your preferred link format: Standard Link or With Tracking Pixel.

Click "Copy Selected Links" to copy all generated affiliate links to your clipboard.

Individual links can also be copied by clicking the link text or the 📋 button next to each product.

TECHNICAL MECHANISM

This script operates by parsing ShareASale's page DOM to extract product data including product IDs and merchant IDs, which are the core identifiers required for affiliate link generation. Unlike browser extensions that rely on external APIs, this script constructs affiliate links directly using ShareASale's standard URL format: "https://www.shareasale.com/m-pr.cfm?merchantId=[MERCHANT]&productId=[PRODUCT]&affiliateId=[AFFILIATE]". It handles automatic merchant ID detection by scanning page elements, data attributes, and script content for merchant identifiers. The script uses the GM_setClipboard API for reliable clipboard operations across all browsers, eliminating the need for Flash or deprecated clipboard APIs. Tracking code parameters are appended using ShareASale's standard "trackingCode" parameter, enabling campaign-level attribution in your affiliate reports. The script stores your affiliate ID, merchant ID, tracking code, and link format preference locally, persisting them across sessions.

THE PANEL

The floating panel is draggable to any position on screen and remembers its location between sessions using GM_setValue. It automatically collapses to a small icon when minimized and expands on hover or click. The panel is resizable to suit your workspace needs and can be dismissed with the Escape key. It snaps to the left edge by default but can be positioned anywhere, with position persisted across browsing sessions for consistent placement. All settings persist automatically across sessions, so your affiliate ID, tracking codes, and format preferences are remembered.

This script requires the free BotGentz extension to run user scripts on ShareASale. ShareASale frequently updates its merchant pages and link interfaces, which may temporarily break functionality; updates are released regularly to maintain compatibility. The script only reads visible product information from the page and does not store or transmit any data externally. All processing occurs locally in your browser. You must have a valid ShareASale affiliate account and use your own affiliate ID to receive commissions. Generated links comply with ShareASale's linking guidelines. Always verify your links work correctly before publishing.
