For each risk, it provides a one-sentence mitigation action and a draft email subject line to help you communicate and address the issue. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter the champion's full name and their current role or title. Describe the departure reason—whether resignation, promotion, retirement, or other. Then list the upcoming key dates that could be impacted, such as project milestones, board meetings, or delivery deadlines (one per line). Press the "Assess risks" button. Within seconds, the agent returns a ranked list of the five most urgent risks, each paired with a practical mitigation step and a ready-to-use email subject line to initiate conversations. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull text from the current page if your key dates are already documented.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Assess risks", the agent sends exactly the champion name, role, departure reason, and key dates you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your personnel or project data. All processing occurs through BotSurf's secure bridge; your information is not stored or used for training.
