HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter your service name—this could be IT Support, Payroll Processing, Customer Service, or Data Center Management. Provide the current provider name and the new provider name. Specify the transition timeline describing when the move will occur. Then list the key services being transitioned, one per line, such as helpdesk support, payroll processing, data center management, or application maintenance. Press the "Draft transition plan" button. Within seconds, the agent returns a structured outsourcing transition plan highlighting the five most critical priorities, each with a clear rationale and a ready-to-use subject line for emails, vendor communications, or stakeholder updates. WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Draft transition plan", the agent sends exactly the service name, current provider, new provider, timeline, and services you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your transition or vendor details.
