HOW TO USE

Open AI Change Management Communication Drafter in BotSurf from your installed agents list. Paste your BotSurf API key once in the host panel—the agent does not manage keys itself. In the main card, type or paste a description of your change initiative, or click “Use the page selection” to pull selected text from the current webpage. Press the Draft button or hit Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to run. The communication draft appears in the second card within seconds. You can resize, snap, collapse, or close the panel with the standard BotSurf controls or the Escape key.

Only the text you put in the change description box is sent—exactly what you type or paste. Nothing else from the page, no browsing history, no cookies, no localStorage, no extension data. The request goes through BotSurf's secure bridge to the AI model. The agent does not store your change descriptions or the communication drafts. Usage logs record only the count of successful runs for billing purposes—not the content of the descriptions or responses. The agent truncates descriptions longer than 6000 characters before sending to stay within model limits.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a compact panel with a draggable header and collapsed bubble for minimal screen footprint. It includes numbered cards for input and output, and responsive controls. Drag the header to reposition, collapse to a compact title bar, or close entirely with the Escape key or the host's close control. The panel remembers its last position and size within the host session.
