WHAT IT DOES

The AI OKR Drafter helps strategy leads, team managers, and business leaders translate strategic priorities into clear, measurable OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) that drive focus and accountability. You provide the OKR context—team/department, strategic priorities, goals, and any specific constraints—and the agent returns a structured OKR draft with three essential sections: Objectives (the aspirational, qualitative goals you want to achieve), Key Results (specific, measurable outcomes that indicate progress toward each objective), and Success Metrics (the quantitative targets and KPIs that will be tracked). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the draft focuses on the five most critical OKRs for the context—ensuring the goals are focused, ambitious, and actionable. This is ideal for strategy teams, product managers, department heads, and anyone implementing OKRs in their organisation.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your OKR context into the input box—team/department, strategic priorities, goals, and constraints. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Draft OKRs” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured draft with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture details from strategic plans, team goals, or company vision documents without manual retyping. The agent handles any OKR context, from company-wide goals to team-level objectives to individual development.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Draft OKRs” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your OKR data.

THE PANEL

Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
