AI Channel Conflict Note Writer
About this app
WHAT IT DOES
The AI Channel Conflict Note Writer helps channel managers, legal teams, and sales operations professionals document and resolve channel conflicts efficiently and consistently. You provide the conflict details—parties involved, territory/product overlap, history, and any specific concerns—and the agent returns a structured note with five essential sections: Conflict Summary (a concise overview of the dispute), Parties and Positions (each party's role, arguments, and stakes), Key Issues (the core points of contention, such as overlapping territories, deal registration disputes, or pricing conflicts), Escalation History (timeline of communications, complaints, and previous attempts to resolve), and Recommended Resolution Steps (practical, actionable steps to de‑escalate and reach a fair outcome). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the note focuses on the five most critical conflict factors—ensuring decision‑makers can quickly assess the situation and act. This is ideal for channel sales teams, partner managers, legal counsel, and revenue operations professionals who need to manage partner relationships and minimize channel friction.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your channel conflict details into the input box—parties, overlap, history, and concerns. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Write note” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured note with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture details from emails, CRM records, or partner communications without manual retyping. The agent handles any conflict type, from territory disputes to deal registration clashes to product overlap.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Write note” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your conflict data.
SUBSCRIPTION
$19.99/month with a 7‑day free trial (no charge during trial). Includes 100 runs per month; unused runs do not roll over. You may cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings—no penalties, no questions asked. After cancellation, access ends at the current billing period’s close. The free trial is a great way to test the agent with your actual channel conflicts before committing.
THE PANEL
Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
