You provide contract payment terms, billing provisions, or payment-related clauses, and the agent returns a structured assessment with five key sections: (1) a payment summary—what is owed, when, and how payment is to be made, (2) key dates—deadlines, due dates, and billing cycles, (3) fees and penalties—late fees, interest charges, or other financial consequences, (4) approval and process—required approvals, invoicing procedures, and dispute resolution pathways, and (5) risks and red flags—ambiguous language, one-sided terms, or potential cash flow concerns. The output is capped at 1,024 tokens and is designed for quick review by contract managers and finance teams.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent from your BotSurf AI Agents panel. The first time you use any AI agent, you will need to paste your API key once—it is stored securely and never leaves your device. Then, paste your payment terms into the input box. You can also use the "Use page selection" button to pull selected text directly from the page you are viewing. Click "Check Payment Terms" and within moments you will receive a structured assessment. The agent runs entirely in a sandboxed frame in BotSurf with no browser extension required.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click the check button, the agent sends exactly the text you have entered into the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page content, browser history, cookies, or any other data. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred and the timestamp, for billing purposes; the content of your request is never stored or logged by BotGentz. The text is transmitted securely and processed by the AI model to generate your assessment.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent requires an active subscription at $4.99 per month, which includes 100 analysis runs per month. A 7-day free trial is available so you can evaluate the tool before committing. Unused runs do not roll over to the next month. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf subscription settings—no questions asked.

THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable panel within BotSurf. Drag it by the title bar to position it anywhere on your screen—the position is remembered for next time. The panel snaps to the nearest edge when dragged close to the screen border, making it easy to tuck out of the way. Collapse it to a compact title bar with a single click on the header. Press the Escape key to hide the panel; click its icon in the toolbar to show it
