For each priority, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that message matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding segment announcement. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter your migration name—this could be a platform upgrade, system transition, or service change. List your customer segments, one per line, such as enterprise customers, SMBs, free tier users, or beta testers. Provide the migration timeline, describing when each segment will be migrated. Then list key benefits for each segment, one per line, explaining what each customer group will gain from the migration. Press the "Draft announcements" button. Within seconds, the agent returns a structured communication plan highlighting the five most critical messaging priorities, each with a clear rationale and a ready-to-use subject line for emails or internal communications. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull benefits from the current page if they are already documented.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Draft announcements", the agent sends exactly the migration name, customer segments, timeline, and benefits you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your migration or communication details. All processing occurs through BotSurf's secure bridge; your migration information is not stored or used for training.
