WHAT IT DOES

This AI agent helps you plan and sequence department-level rollouts for enterprise initiatives. Given a list of department names, a rollout start date, and the total rollout duration, it creates a phased schedule that identifies the five most important scheduling considerations for sequencing departments effectively. For each consideration, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that sequencing decision matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding department announcement. Perfect for software deployments, policy implementations, training rollouts, and any initiative that needs to be staged across multiple departments or teams.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter your department names, one per line—this can include Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or any custom groups. Provide your intended rollout start date in any standard format (e.g., 2026-10-01, Oct 1 2026, or 01/10/2026). Then specify the total duration for the complete rollout across all departments, such as "3 weeks", "12 days", or "2 months". Press the "Draft schedule" button. Within seconds, the agent returns a phased rollout schedule highlighting the five most critical sequencing considerations, each with a clear rationale and a ready-to-use email subject line for announcing that phase. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull department names from the current page if they are already listed.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Draft schedule", the agent sends exactly the department names, start date, and duration you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your rollout planning details. All processing occurs through BotSurf's secure bridge; your scheduling information is not stored or used for training.

The agent runs in a draggable, resizable panel that snaps to the edges of your browser window. Collapse it to a small bubble when you need screen space. Press Escape to close the panel. Position and state persist across sessions when you are logged in.
