HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf – it runs in its own sandboxed frame with no browser APIs required. The first time you use it, paste your API key once (the host securely stores it via the BGAI bridge). Then, simply paste your maintenance ticket, work order, or repair request description into the text box – for example, “Air conditioning unit on floor 3 is leaking water onto the carpet near the breakroom. Reported by Jane at 10am. Needs urgent attention before it damages the flooring.” – and click “Summarise”. WHAT IT SENDS

When you press the “Summarise” button, the agent sends only the plain text currently in the input box (truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary). It does not send any metadata, browsing history, page content (unless you explicitly use the selection button to copy text into the box), or any other data. The service uses this text solely to generate the ticket summary. Usage logs record only the number of runs for billing purposes – they never store or log the content of your tickets or the summary output. Your maintenance requests remain confidential; the content of your queries is not retained or reviewed.

THE PANEL
