WHAT IT DOES

The AI Glossary Builder is a property-AI assistant that helps you create clear, structured glossaries from a list of terms, a topic area, or a draft document. Instead of manually researching and writing definitions, you provide your source material – and the agent returns a glossary with terms and definitions formatted as a concise bullet-point list, organised alphabetically where possible. The output is capped at 1,024 tokens to keep it focused and readable. This tool is ideal for knowledge managers, technical writers, project teams, facility managers, and anyone who needs to standardise terminology across internal documentation, training materials, or stakeholder communications.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf – it runs in its own sandboxed frame with no browser APIs required. The first time you use it, paste your API key once (the host securely stores it via the BGAI bridge). Then, simply provide a list of terms, a topic area, or a draft document – for example, "Hot desking, occupancy rate, floor plan, breakout space, wayfinding, smart building, BMS, ESG, carbon offset, fit-out, churn rate, utilisation." – and click "Build Glossary". You can also click "Use the page selection" to automatically pull selected text from the current page into the input field. The agent will process your input and display the structured glossary. No complex configuration – just provide your terms and get a ready-to-use glossary.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press the "Build Glossary" button, the agent sends only the plain text currently in the input box (truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary). It does not send any metadata, browsing history, page content (unless you explicitly use the selection button to copy text into the box), or any other data. The service uses this text solely to generate the glossary. Usage logs record only the number of runs for billing purposes – they never store or log the content of your terms or the glossary output. Your terminology data remains confidential; the content of your queries is not retained or reviewed.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent is available for $19.99 per month, which includes a 7‑day free trial. Each subscription gives you 100 analysis runs per month (unused runs do not roll over). You can cancel anytime through your BotSurf account settings – no questions asked, and you retain access until the end of your current billing period. The free trial is fully functional, so you can test the builder with your real glossary needs before committing.

THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable panel within BotSurf. You can drag it anywhere on the screen, snap it to the edge for a tidy workspace, collapse it to a small bubble (showing the emoji sparkle ✨), and restore it with a click. Press the Escape key to close the panel. The panel’s position is saved persistently – it will reappear exactly where you left it the next time you open the agent.
