About this app
WHAT IT DOES
AI Healthcare Payer Network Agreement Explainer is a specialized AI agent that translates complex healthcare payer network agreements, provider contracts, and network participation arrangements into clear, actionable plain‑English guidance. When you provide a payer network agreement, provider contract, or describe a network participation arrangement, the agent extracts and explains the key network terms, reimbursement structures, and provider obligations. It returns exactly three focused sections: "Key Contract Terms" ranking the five most important terms by significance, "Critical Reimbursement & Payment Provisions" ranking the five most critical reimbursement or payment provisions by financial impact, and "Provider Obligations & Compliance Requirements" ranking the five most important provider obligations or compliance requirements by risk. The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, ensuring concise, readable guidance without overwhelming detail. This is general information, not professional legal or healthcare advice—always consult a qualified professional for your specific network agreement situation.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf. Paste your healthcare payer network agreement text, provider contract, or describe your network participation arrangement into the input box. You can also select text directly from the page and click "Use Page Selection" to populate the input automatically. Click "Explain Agreement" or press Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to submit. The agent processes your input through the AI connector and displays a structured breakdown of key terms, reimbursement provisions, and provider obligations. The panel is designed for quick review—no account creation is required beyond your BotSurf subscription. The agent retains no memory of past conversations; each analysis is independent.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends exactly the text you enter into the input box (or the text you select from the page) to the AI model. No additional metadata, page content, cookies, or browser history is transmitted. The text is truncated to a maximum of 6,000 characters before sending; longer inputs are clipped and marked as truncated. Usage logs record the count of runs for billing purposes only—they do not store, log, or retain the content of your submissions or the model's responses. The agent runs entirely in your browser; the AI connector handles the request securely. No data is shared with third parties.
SUBSCRIPTION
This agent is available for $19.99 per month with a 7‑day free trial. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—one run per analysis request. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The free trial starts automatically when you first use the agent; no upfront payment is required until the trial ends.
THE PANEL
The overlay panel is fully draggable via its title bar and remembers its position using BGAI.setState. It snaps to the nearest edge when dragged within 40px of any screen boundary. The panel collapses to a minimal header when not in use and expands on hover or click. Pressing Escape temporarily dismisses the panel until you navigate to a new page or manually reactivate via the BotSurf toolbar. The panel includes a text input area, toolbar buttons (Explain Agreement, Use Page Selection, Clear), and a results area that displays the structured analysis.
PLEASE NOTE
AI can be wrong. Always verify critical information with original network agreement documents and consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on this analysis. This tool provides general information only and does not constitute professional legal, healthcare, or compliance advice. The agent is not a substitute for professional contract review, legal analysis, or compliance assessment. Healthcare payer network agreement terms, reimbursement provisions, and provider obligations vary by payer, provider type, and jurisdiction—the agent's analysis is based on general patterns and may not apply to your specific agreement. Run counts are deducted from your monthly allowance regardless of output quality; ensure your input is complete and accurate before submitting.
