This AI agent drafts clear, professional follow-up messages for hearing aid fittings. Given fitting follow-up details — patient name, fitting date, device model, adjustment notes, patient experience, questions or concerns, and next appointment date — it generates a structured message with a fitting summary, patient check-in (how are they adapting?), troubleshooting tips, and next steps. The tone is warm and supportive, helping audiologists and hearing care professionals provide excellent post-fitting care.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf. Paste your BGAI API key once (the host prompts you if missing). In the input box, describe your fitting follow-up details. Press "Draft follow-up". The AI returns a structured follow-up message in the panel. You can also select text from any page and click "Use page selection" to fill the input automatically. The panel can be dragged, snapped to screen edges, collapsed, or closed with the Escape key.

Exactly the text you type into the input box, plus the system prompt that instructs the model on how to format the message. No other data is transmitted. The agent does not send your location, browsing history, or any other information. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes — not the content of your requests or the generated responses. The output is returned directly to you and is not stored or used for training.
