Give it the raw responses from a patient intake form, clinical history questionnaire, or health assessment, and it returns exactly five critical items, ranked by clinical urgency. Each item highlights a concerning symptom, a significant risk factor (smoking, family history, lifestyle), or a critical gap in the patient's history (missing medication list, incomplete allergy information, unreported surgeries). The ranking helps clinicians quickly identify what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and what needs follow-up. No more scanning through pages of unstructured data—just a focused, time-saving summary that supports better clinical decision-making.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from the store. Paste your BotGentz API key once when prompted (the host handles secure storage). In the input box, type or paste the patient intake form responses or clinical history. Include key information like current symptoms, past medical history, family history, medications, allergies, lifestyle factors, and any other relevant details. The more detail you provide (e.g., "Patient reports chest pain for 3 days, smokes 1 pack/day, family history of heart disease, allergies to penicillin, current meds: lisinopril, missing surgical history"), the more accurate and actionable the summary. Click "Summarize Intake" or use the "Use page selection" button to pull text from any open browser tab, such as a PDF form, an EMR system, or a scanned document. The AI replies within seconds with a clean, bullet-style panel. No chat history, no follow-up required—just a fast, repeatable summary tool.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Summarize Intake," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your intake data and the model's analysis remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.

This agent costs $4.99 per month, billed monthly. Every subscription includes a 7-day free trial—no charge during that period, and you get the full 100 runs/month to evaluate thoroughly. Runs reset on your billing date; unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. THE PANEL

The agent opens as a draggable, resizable panel that snaps to screen edges and collapses to a small icon when not in use. Press Escape to close it instantly, or click the collapse button to tuck it away. The panel remembers its position and size across sessions (if the host supports state persistence via BGAI.setState). It stays above page content, so you can keep it open while referencing patient charts, clinical guidelines, or other intake documents.
