You provide a description of the topic, process, or policy you wish to document for internal knowledge sharing—and the agent returns a plain-English draft wiki article covering the five most critical sections or pieces of information, ranked from highest to lowest relevance, clarity, and legal or operational importance. Each section includes the key content, why it matters to the team, and a practical recommendation for structure or readability. The output is capped at approximately 1,024 tokens, giving you a focused, actionable draft that makes knowledge accessible and actionable for your team.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf. If you haven't already, paste your API key once—the host handles key management, so you only need to do this the first time. In the input panel, describe the topic, process, or policy you wish to document in as much detail as you like (the agent automatically truncates to 6,000 characters). Click "Draft article" or press Ctrl+Enter. Within seconds, you'll receive a ready-to-use draft you can refine, expand, or incorporate into your internal knowledge base, team documentation, or onboarding materials. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull in text from any page you're viewing in BotSurf—ideal for extracting process details, policy language, or topic overviews from internal documentation.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press the button, the agent sends only the exact text you typed (or selected) to the AI engine via the BGAI bridge. No browsing history, no cookies, no other page content, and no hidden metadata are transmitted. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes; they do not store or transmit the content of your inputs or the agent's responses. Everything stays within your BotSurf session and is not retained by the service after your output is delivered.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7‑day free trial so you can evaluate it risk‑free. Your subscription includes 100 runs per month—enough for regular knowledge base updates, process documentation, or policy rollouts. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. Unused runs do not roll over, but you'll never be charged for exceeding the limit; you'll simply be notified and can upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle.

THE PANEL

The agent runs in a panel that you can drag, snap to either side of your workspace, collapse to a title bar, or close with the Escape key—just like every BotSurf agent. The input card and output card are numbered and sequenced, making it easy to track your workflow. The interface is lightweight, accessible, and works entirely within the sandboxed frame.
