This AI agent creates clear, organized session notes summaries for job coaches. Enter your job coach name, client name, session notes (topics covered, client progress, challenges, goals), and next steps. The agent returns a polished summary with a session overview, bulleted key topics (maximum four items), a client progress summary, a brief acknowledgment of challenges, and recommended next steps. If you miss any critical detail—job coach name, client name, or session notes—the agent lists exactly what is missing instead of generating an incomplete summary.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf. Paste your AI key once (the host validates it). Enter your job coach name, client name, detailed session notes, and next steps. Press "Organize Notes" or click "Use Page Selection" to pull highlighted text from any page directly into your notes field. The panel displays a polished, organized summary. Copy it into your case management system, client records, or supervision reports.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends only the text you enter: job coach name, client name, session notes, and next steps. No browsing history, cookies, page content, or personal data is transmitted. The request triggers only when you press the button or use the selection feature. Usage logs record run counts for billing; they do not store or transmit the content of your requests or the AI responses. Your summaries remain local to your session.

SUBSCRIPTION

$19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Includes 100 runs per month. Unused runs do not roll over. Cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial starts on installation and ends after 7 days or 100 runs, whichever comes first. After that, your card is charged monthly.

THE PANEL

Floating, draggable panel that stays out of your way. Snap it to any screen edge, collapse it to a small bubble, or dismiss it with the Escape key. The panel position persists across sessions if you have state persistence enabled in BotSurf. The collapsed bubble shows a star emoji for quick identification.
