WHAT IT DOES

This AI agent creates plain-language explainers for Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Enter your MSA text or a summary of key clauses. The agent returns a concise, easy-to-understand summary that highlights the overall purpose, key provisions (maximum five items), obligations and risks, and important terms to note. If you miss critical MSA content, the agent lists exactly what is missing instead of generating an incomplete explainer.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf. Paste your AI key once (the host validates it). Paste your MSA text or key clause summaries into the input field. Press "Generate Explainer" or click "Use Page Selection" to pull highlighted text from any page directly into your input. The panel displays a plain-language summary. Copy it for internal review, share it with stakeholders, or use it as a starting point for contract discussions.

The agent sends only the text you enter: MSA text or key clause summaries. No browsing history, cookies, page content, or personal data is transmitted. The request triggers only when you press the button or use the selection feature. Usage logs record run counts for billing; they do not store or transmit the content of your requests or the AI responses. Your explainers remain local to your session.

SUBSCRIPTION

$19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Includes 100 runs per month. Unused runs do not roll over. Cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial starts on installation and ends after 7 days or 100 runs, whichever comes first. After that, your card is charged monthly.

THE PANEL

Floating, draggable panel that stays out of your way. Snap it to any screen edge, collapse it to a small bubble, or dismiss it with the Escape key. The panel position persists across sessions if you have state persistence enabled in BotSurf. The collapsed bubble shows a star emoji for quick identification.
