Each item highlights a critical concern—whether it's an overly broad definition of confidential information, an indefinite confidentiality period that creates perpetual obligations, a one-way obligation that unfairly favors one party, a lack of carve-outs for independently developed information, an overly restrictive non-compete buried in the NDA, or a jurisdiction clause that imposes inconvenient or unfavorable governing law. HOW TO USE

WHAT IT SENDS

When you click "Check for Red Flags," the agent transmits exactly the text currently in the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not send page URLs, browsing history, IP addresses, location data, system metadata, or any other contextual information. The only external transmission is that single payload to the AI model, truncated to 6,000 characters if necessary. Usage logs on our servers record only the timestamp of each request and whether it succeeded (for tracking the 100-run monthly quota); they do not store the content of your prompts or the AI's responses. No training data is harvested, and no session data persists beyond the current request. Your NDA text and the model's red flag analysis remain strictly between you and the API endpoint.
