WHAT IT DOES

The AI Order Form Checker helps legal, sales, and contract teams quickly identify issues in order forms before they become binding obligations. You provide the order form (or an extract) and optionally the underlying master agreement, and the agent returns a structured review with five essential sections: Completeness (checking for missing required fields, signatures, and attachments), Consistency with Master Terms (identifying deviations from the negotiated master agreement), Pricing/Quantity Discrepancies (spotting mismatches in units, rates, discounts, or total value), Missing or Non-Standard Terms (calling out absent provisions or unusual language that may create risk), and Recommended Actions (specific steps to resolve each issue before execution). The output is capped at 1,024 tokens, so the review focuses on the five most critical issues—ensuring reviewers can prioritize what matters most and avoid costly oversights. This is ideal for in-house counsel, contract managers, sales operations, and deal desk professionals who need to process high volumes of orders efficiently and consistently.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf (botsurf.ai). Paste your key once (the host handles key management). Then paste your order form (or an extract) into the input box. Optionally include the master agreement for comparison. You can use free‑form text, bullet points, or structured notes. Press “Check order” or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac) to generate. Within seconds, you receive a structured review with clear sections. You can also click “Use page selection” to pull highlighted text from any open page—making it easy to capture order details from emails, PDFs, or CRM systems without manual retyping. The agent handles any order type, from software licenses to professional services to hardware purchases.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you place in the input box—nothing more. It does not transmit any metadata, browsing history, cookies, attached files, or system information. Transmission occurs only when you press the “Check order” button or the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record the timestamp, user ID, and run count for billing purposes, but they do not store or transmit the substantive content of your input or the agent’s output. The agent does not retain your data after generating a response; every run is stateless. This section is required and precise—there is no hidden data collection, no background scanning, no external sharing, and no persistent storage of your order data.

THE PANEL

Drag the panel by its header to reposition it anywhere on screen. Snap to left, right, or bottom edges for side‑by‑side work with other tools. Collapse to a minimal bar when not in use (click the “−” button or press Escape). Press Escape again to expand. Close the panel with the “✕” button; your input and output remain until you clear them. Panel position and collapse state persist across sessions when the host supports state storage.
