You provide a property address, a vendor type (e.g., plumber, electrician, cleaner), and a list of outstanding tasks or inspection notes. The agent returns a concise email or work order containing a subject line, clear scope of work, access instructions, and a deadline reminder. If you miss any critical detail — address, vendor type, or at least one task — the agent skips the draft and gives you a bulleted list of exactly what is missing. No guesswork, no incomplete emails.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf. Paste your AI key once (the host handles key validation). Enter the property address, vendor type, and tasks into the input fields. Press "Generate Draft" or use the "Use Page Selection" button to pull selected text from the current page directly into the task list. The output appears in the panel. Copy, edit, and send. That is it.

WHAT IT SENTS

The agent sends only the text you type into the three fields: property address, vendor type, and tasks/inspection notes. No browser data, no cookies, no history, no surrounding page content. The request is triggered only when you press the "Generate Draft" button or the "Use Page Selection" button (which appends selected text to the task field before sending). Usage logs record the number of runs for billing purposes — they do not store or transmit the content of your requests or the AI responses. Your property data and vendor communications remain private to your session.

SUBSCRIPTION

$19.99/month with a 7-day free trial. You get 100 runs per month. Unused runs do not roll over. Cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial starts automatically when you install the agent and ends after 7 days or when you use your 100th trial run, whichever comes first. After that, your card is charged monthly.

THE PANEL

The agent runs in a draggable, resizable panel. Snap it to any edge, collapse it to a small bubble, or press Escape to close it. The panel remembers its position across sessions if you have state persistence enabled in BotSurf. The collapsed bubble shows a star emoji for quick identification.
