AI QA Testing Report Summarizer
About this app
WHAT IT DOES
This AI agent helps QA leads, test managers, and release engineers distill complex QA testing reports into concise, professional summaries that inform release decisions. It takes your QA testing report details—project name, test scope, test types, test count, pass/fail rates, critical issues, and recommendations—and transforms them into a polished summary suitable for stakeholders, development teams, or release decisions. The output includes an executive summary that captures the overall quality picture, a test coverage overview that shows what was tested, key metrics with pass/fail rates that quantify quality, critical issues with severity that highlight risks, and release recommendations that guide decision-making. If your input is missing essential details like project name, test scope, or test count, the agent will ask for those specifics rather than guessing. The result is a concise, professional summary that helps stakeholders understand quality status and make informed release decisions.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz key once—the host handles key management automatically. In the text area, enter your QA testing report details in whatever format works for you. You can write free-form notes like "Mobile App v3.2 Release full regression on iOS and Android. 645 tests: 450 functional, 120 UI, 45 performance, 30 security. 612 passed, 33 failed, 94.9% pass rate. 2 blockers: payment gateway timeout and profile sync error, plus 5 high-priority bugs. Fix blockers before release, schedule bug fix sprint, have rollback plan ready." Or use a structured format with labeled fields. Press the "Summarize report" button. The agent will process your input and return a polished, professional summary. You can also use the "Use selection" button to grab selected text from any other page in BotSurf and insert it directly into the input area. Copy the final summary with the copy button, then paste it into your release report, stakeholder communication, or go/no-go meeting materials.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends only the text currently in the input box when you press the "Summarize report" button. It does not send anything on page load, on idle, or automatically. It does not access your clipboard, browser history, files, or any other data outside the input box. Usage logs record the number of generation requests for billing purposes—they do not store, log, or inspect the content of your requests or the AI's responses. The content is transmitted securely over the BotGentz bridge and is used solely to generate your summary in real time. No third party has access to your prompts or outputs.
SUBSCRIPTION
The agent is available for $19.99 per month with a 7-day free trial. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotGentz account dashboard. The free trial starts automatically when you first run the agent and requires no upfront payment. After the trial, you will be charged monthly unless you cancel. The trial includes the full 100 runs for the first month.
THE PANEL
The agent runs as a draggable, resizable panel within BotSurf. You can drag it by the header, snap it to any edge of the browser window, collapse it to a small bubble using the header button, and dismiss it with the Escape key. The panel remembers its position across sessions when you are signed in. It adapts to any window size and works alongside other agents and tools in your BotSurf workspace.
