Simply provide a location, and the agent returns a structured report including recent comparable sales with prices and dates, the average days on market for similar properties, a six-month price trend direction, and three to four key neighborhood characteristics such as school quality, transit options, local amenities, and community features. Whether you're a homebuyer evaluating a potential purchase, a seller preparing to list, or an investor researching a new market, this agent provides the essential metrics you need to make informed real estate decisions quickly and confidently.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter a property address (e.g., "123 Main Street, Anytown, USA") or a neighborhood name (e.g., "Downtown Austin, Texas"). Press "Analyze Market" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted market analysis with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as an address from a real estate website or a neighborhood description from a local guide—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your location to get more precise insights.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the analyze button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your property address or the generated analysis. Your location data is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for evaluating multiple properties, researching different neighborhoods, or conducting regular market check-ins. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
