About this app
WHAT IT DOES
AI Rent Increase Notice Writer creates professional, legally-neutral rent increase notices for property managers and landlords. Provide the property address, current rent amount, new rent amount, effective date, and any applicable local rent control laws, and the agent returns a structured notice with four sections: Property Details (address and tenant placeholders), Rent Change Details (current rent, new rent, increase amount, and percentage), Effective Date and Payment Instructions, and a Compliance Statement acknowledging applicable local laws. The output follows professional property management conventions and provides a clear record for both landlord and tenant. Whether you manage a single property or a portfolio, this agent helps you create consistent, professional rent increase notices quickly.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the full property address, the current monthly rent amount, the proposed new rent amount, the effective date of the increase, and any applicable rent control laws or regulations. Press "Draft Notice" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted rent increase notice with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as lease agreements, local ordinance summaries, or property records—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to produce more precise notices.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the draft button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your property data or the generated notice. Your property and tenant information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.
SUBSCRIPTION
The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for preparing rent increase notices across multiple properties, refining notices for different jurisdictions, or supporting ongoing property management operations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.
THE PANEL
The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
PLEASE NOTE
This agent uses a large language model to generate text based on patterns in its training data. While designed to be helpful, AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or legally non-compliant notices. This tool provides a draft only and is not a substitute for professional legal review. Rent increase laws vary significantly by jurisdiction and are subject to frequent change. Always consult with qualified legal counsel to ensure your rent increase notice complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This draft is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal advice. For specific property decisions, consult with qualified real estate attorneys or property management professionals.
