Provide property type, repair description, estimated cost, and labor/materials breakdown, and the agent returns a structured explanation with four sections: Work Summary (plain-language description of the repair), Cost Breakdown (simplified breakdown of labor and materials), Timeline (estimated duration), and Recommendations (optional or suggested additional work). This agent helps contractors, property managers, and insurance professionals communicate repair estimates clearly and transparently, reducing confusion and building trust with clients.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the property type, a detailed description of the repair work, the total estimated cost, a breakdown of labor and materials costs, and any timeline or additional considerations. Press "Explain Estimate" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a plain-language explanation with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as contractor quotes, insurance estimates, or property inspection reports—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to produce clearer explanations.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the explain button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your repair data or the generated explanation. Your property and estimate information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for explaining multiple repair estimates, refining explanations for different property types, or supporting ongoing property management and contracting operations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
