This removes hours of manual assessment and helps your Health and Safety team create comprehensive, consistent risk assessments that protect your employees and comply with regulations.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent inside BotSurf. Paste your OpenAI API key once (it stays locally in your browser). In the input box, paste your activity or environment description. Press the "Draft risk assessment" button. Within seconds, the agent returns your structured risk assessment. Copy it, review it with your Health and Safety team, and use it as the foundation for your official risk management documentation.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you paste into the input box—nothing more, nothing less. It does not access your browser history, files, emails, or any other data. It does not send any identifying metadata beyond the content you explicitly submit. The only external transmission is that text to the AI API. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes; they do not store, log, or transmit the content of your activity details or the generated assessment. Your data and the generated output remain solely on your device unless you choose to save or share them.
