This AI agent helps you create structured responses to software vendor audits. Given a vendor name, software name, audit scope, deployment details, license count, and compliance status, it identifies the five most important response priorities for communicating with the vendor. For each priority, it provides a one-sentence rationale explaining why that aspect matters and a draft subject line for the corresponding communication. HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf's panel interface. Enter your vendor name—this could be Microsoft, Oracle, or Adobe. Provide the software name, such as Microsoft 365, Oracle Database, or Creative Cloud. Describe the audit scope, including period and what is being reviewed. Provide deployment details explaining how the software is used (on-prem, cloud, hybrid, users, devices). Enter the license count, such as 50 licenses, 200 users, or 10 servers. Then provide the compliance status, such as Compliant, Under review, or Gap identified. Press the "Draft audit response" button. Within seconds, the agent returns a structured software audit response highlighting the five most critical priorities, each with a clear rationale and a ready-to-use subject line for emails, vendor communications, or internal updates. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull scope information from the current page if it is already documented.

WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Draft audit response", the agent sends exactly the vendor name, software name, audit scope, deployment details, license count, and compliance status you entered. No other data—no browser history, no cookies, no page content beyond what you explicitly provide—is transmitted. Usage logs record only the fact that a run occurred for billing purposes, never the content of your audit or licensing details. All processing occurs through BotSurf's secure bridge; your audit information is not stored or used for training.
