You provide a description or data about your building's spaces—floor plans, room dimensions, occupancy schedules, usage types, or any relevant details—and the agent returns a concise, ranked list of the five most serious underutilization issues, along with actionable recommendations to improve space efficiency. Whether you manage an office, warehouse, retail space, or multi-purpose facility, this tool gives you a clear, prioritized starting point for making smarter use of your square footage.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your API key once—the key is stored securely via BGAI.setKey and handled by the host, so you never need to manage it yourself. Describe your building's interior spaces in the input box (floor plans, room sizes, occupancy patterns, usage types, etc.) and click "Analyze." The agent will process your input through the AI bridge and display a ranked list of the top five issues and recommendations. You can also use the "Use page selection" button to automatically pull in text from the current page—select any relevant content and it will be inserted into the input box. Copy the output with one click for sharing or further analysis.

WHAT IT SENTS

When you click "Analyze," the agent sends only the text you have typed or pasted into the input field (or selected via "Use page selection") to the BGAI.generate bridge. No other data is collected or transmitted. The agent does not send browsing history, system information, or any other context. Usage logs record only the count of runs for billing purposes—the content of your queries is not stored or retained. The request is truncated to BGAI.maxInput (6000 characters) before sending, and the model output is rendered locally with textContent—never innerHTML—for security.

SUBSCRIPTION

This agent is available for $19.99/month with a 7-day free trial. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—enough for daily analysis of multiple spaces. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime through your BotSurf account settings, and you will not be billed further after cancellation. The free trial allows you to test the agent with your own data before committing.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a full-frame panel in BotSurf, with the standard chrome: a sticky header with the title, a message banner for status updates, and two numbered cards—one for input and one for output. The panel is fully draggable, resizable, and snap-to-grid compatible. Press Escape to close the panel at any time.
