Provide the shift date, team roles, key tasks, priority items, and any updates or announcements, and the agent returns a structured briefing with four sections: Shift Overview (date, time, and team composition), Task Assignments (role-specific duties for each team member), Priority Items (critical tasks requiring immediate attention), and Updates/Announcements (relevant news, policy changes, or operational updates). The output is designed to be easily distributed to staff before or during a shift, ensuring everyone knows their responsibilities and stays aligned on priorities.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the shift date, the roles on your team, the key tasks for the shift, any priority items, and any updates or announcements. Press "Write Briefing" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted shift briefing with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as shift schedules, task lists, or memo updates—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to produce briefings that better match your operational needs.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the write button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your briefing data or the generated briefing. Your shift and team information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for creating briefings across multiple shifts, refining briefings for different team sizes, or supporting ongoing operations management. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
