About this app
WHAT IT DOES
AI Support Ticket Responder helps customer support teams and agents craft professional, empathetic, and effective responses to support tickets. Provide a customer name, issue description, product or service name, and urgency level, and the agent returns a structured response with four sections: Acknowledgment (thanking the customer and confirming understanding of their issue), Resolution (a direct, clear solution or explanation), Next Steps (specific instructions for the customer to follow), and Closing (a positive, professional sign-off). The output is designed to save agents time while maintaining high-quality, consistent communication. Whether you're handling technical support, billing inquiries, or product questions, this agent helps you respond to tickets quickly and professionally.
HOW TO USE
Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, enter the customer's name, a clear description of their issue, the product or service name, and the urgency level. Press "Respond to Ticket" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted response with all four sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as ticket details, customer history, or support documentation—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your details to produce responses that better match your support standards.
WHAT IT SENDS
The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the respond button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your ticket data or the generated response. Your customer and support information is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.
SUBSCRIPTION
The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for responding to tickets across multiple support queues, testing different response styles, or supporting ongoing customer support operations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.
THE PANEL
The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
PLEASE NOTE
This agent uses a large language model to generate text based on patterns in its training data. While designed to be helpful, AI can produce responses that are inaccurate, off-tone, or inconsistent with your support policies. This tool provides a draft only and is not a substitute for professional customer service training, quality assurance, or support policy review. Always review generated responses for accuracy, tone, and alignment with your organization's guidelines before sending to customers. For specific support decisions, consult with qualified customer service managers or training professionals.
