WHAT IT DOES

AI Utilities is a versatile tool for quick text transformations, data formatting, and simple calculations. Provide a request for any common utility task—such as changing text case, converting formats, cleaning data, calculating percentages, or reformatting lists—and the agent returns a structured output with three sections: Original Input (the source data you provided), Processing Notes (a brief explanation of what transformation was applied), and Final Result (the clean, transformed output). This agent handles a wide range of utility tasks, making it a handy tool for everyday productivity needs without having to open multiple apps or tools.

HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf and paste your BotGentz API key once (the host stores it securely). In the input box, describe the transformation you need and provide the source data. Examples include: "Convert this to uppercase: hello world," "Format these names as a list: John, Jane, Bob," or "Calculate 15% of 200." Press "Transform" or use Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter) to run. The agent returns a formatted result with all three sections. You can also click "Use page selection" to pull selected text from the surrounding page—such as text snippets, data tables, or notes—directly into the input field. Regenerate as many times as you like within your monthly limit, refining your requests to get exactly the output you need.

WHAT IT SENDS

The agent sends exactly the text you type into the input box—nothing else. It does not send browser history, cookies, page context, analytics, or any hidden metadata. The request fires only when you explicitly click the transform button or press the keyboard shortcut. Usage logs record only that a request occurred and the timestamp, for billing and quota tracking; they never log the content of your source data or the generated output. Your data is not stored, shared, or used for model training. The bridge transmits a form-encoded POST payload, and the response returns directly to your panel.

SUBSCRIPTION

The agent costs $19.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial and no upfront charge. Each subscription includes 100 runs per month—sufficient for handling daily utility tasks, data cleanup, or ad-hoc calculations. Unused runs do not roll over. You can cancel anytime from your BotSurf account settings. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the seventh day. No long-term contracts, no hidden fees.

THE PANEL

The agent runs as a movable, resizable panel inside BotSurf. Drag the panel by its header to position it anywhere on screen; it snaps to the nearest edge for a tidy workspace. Click the collapse button or press the Escape key to minimize it to a small floating bubble, keeping it accessible without blocking your view. The panel remembers its position and collapsed state across sessions using the host's state API. The header shows only the title text, while the collapsed bubble displays the emoji icon for quick visual identification.
