HOW TO USE

Open the agent in BotSurf from your library. After pasting your API key once (handled securely by the host), enter your event details—include the event name, date, time, location, the volunteer roles you need, and how many volunteers you have available (and their shift preferences if known). Click "Draft schedule" or press Ctrl+Enter (Cmd+Enter on Mac). The agent processes your input and returns a structured volunteer schedule with time slots, roles, and assignments. WHAT IT SENDS

When you press "Draft schedule," the agent sends only the exact text you entered in the text area—your event details, roles, and availability information. Nothing else. No browsing history, no cookies, no account data, no hidden telemetry. The request is a simple text prompt to the AI model. The host records usage counts for billing (each press counts as one run) but does not log or store the content of your event details or generated schedules. Your volunteer information remains private.

THE PANEL
