Bulk Name Resolver

Resolves a mixed list of names and addresses, working out the direction for each. Reverse records are not taken at face value: a reverse record is set by whoever controls the address and can point anywhere, so each one is resolved forward again and only reported as confirmed when it comes back to the same address. Unconfirmed pairs are flagged plainly, because treating an unverified reverse record as identity is exactly how a familiar-looking name gets attached to the wrong address. It also surfaces several inputs resolving to one address. Names can be pulled straight off the page you are reading, which makes checking every handle in an article quick.
