You can choose between a detailed or concise style, review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in your email client.

This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying product listings, pricing, specifications, or supplier information. Common sources include Alibaba, Amazon Business, Shopify, wholesaler websites, and other B2B e-commerce platforms.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a product listing, pricing, or specifications for bulk ordering. Open the BotGentz extension and select Bulk Order Inquiry Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name, email address, and company name in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Enter the desired quantity, expected delivery timeline, and optionally a shipping location. Select your preferred style (detailed or concise) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Inquiry" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant product and pricing details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional, detailed bulk order inquiry email in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

TECHNICAL SECTION — PRODUCT AND PRICING DETAIL EXTRACTION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on e-commerce and supplier communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing product indicators such as "product," "price," "SKU," "specification," "description," "quantity," "bulk," "wholesale," "shipping," "supplier," and "inquiry." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the product data and surrounding structural markers (product names, SKU numbers, price figures, specification lists, supplier details). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a product listing context using features like product language frequency ("dimensions," "weight," "material," "color," "capacity"), price patterns, SKU formats, and supplier references. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into five core categories: the product name and SKU, the pricing and discount structure, the product specifications, the supplier or seller details, and the shipping or delivery information. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, company name, quantity, delivery timeline, shipping location, and style preference), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete bulk order inquiry with standardized sections (introduction and company background, product and SKU specification, quantity request, delivery timeline, shipping location, pricing and terms request, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email, company name) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
