This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying cold pitch emails, sales outreach messages, proposal requests, or similar sales and business development communications. Common sources include email clients, LinkedIn messages, CRM platforms, and internal business development portals.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays a cold pitch email, sales outreach message, or proposal request. Open the BotGentz extension and select Email Reply to a Cold Pitch from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Select your preferred response stance (direct or diplomatic) from the dropdown menu. Click the "Draft Reply" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant pitch text and sends it along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a polite, professional reply in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in your email client.

TECHNICAL SECTION — PITCH STRUCTURAL DECOMPOSITION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on sales outreach and proposal communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing pitch indicators such as "pitch," "outreach," "proposal," "offer," "collaboration," "partnership," "opportunity," and "introduction." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the pitch text and surrounding structural markers (sender details, product/service descriptions, value propositions, call-to-action requests). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of a pitch using features like promotional language frequency ("we offer," "our solution," "benefits," "results"), persuasive phrasing, value statements, and specific request markers. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into four core categories: the sender's offer, the value proposition or key benefits, any specific requests or calls to action, and any supporting evidence or credentials. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information and selected stance, are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete reply with standardized sections (acknowledgment, feedback or assessment, clear decision with brief reason or next step, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

AI-generated pitch replies are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness before sending, as interpretations may occasionally miss pitch nuances or misread the sender's intent. Websites change their email and messaging formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
