Exchange Request Drafter reads the current page's exchange request interface — including order details, original item information, desired replacement item or specifications, and exchange policy — and generates a clear, professional exchange request draft to submit to customer support. The AI extracts the order number and purchase date, identifies the original item including size, color, model, or other attributes, captures the reason for exchange, and understands the desired replacement item or specifications you want instead. It also incorporates relevant exchange policy terms such as time limits, condition requirements, and any fees or shipping arrangements. The output is a complete, ready-to-submit exchange request message that clearly explains what you're exchanging and what you want in return.

WHERE IT RUNS

The tool runs as a panel inside your browser on any website that displays exchange request interfaces. This includes e-commerce exchange portals, order history pages with exchange options, customer support ticket systems, retailer exchange centers, and online store return policies. The panel appears automatically when you navigate to an exchange page, or you can trigger it manually via the BotGentz extension interface. The AI processes the page content through the BotGentz infrastructure, keeping your interaction responsive and secure without storing or transmitting your data beyond the immediate session.

HOW TO USE

Simply install the BotGentz extension, navigate to any exchange request page, order details page with exchange options, or customer support interface, and open the Exchange Request Drafter panel. Select your preferred tone from the dropdown — Standard, Polite, or Direct — to match your communication style and the retailer's expectations. Toggle "Include order number and original item" if you want the draft to include complete order references for clear identification. Optionally, add any replacement specifications or additional details in the text input field to customize the draft further. Click "Draft Request" and the AI immediately scans the page, extracting all visible order, item, and exchange details, and crafts a complete exchange request message. Review the output in the panel, and if needed, regenerate with a different tone or additional notes. Once satisfied, click "Copy Draft" to copy the formatted message to your clipboard for immediate submission. Use the panel's drag, resize, collapse, and snap features to position it conveniently while you complete your exchange.

MECHANISM — REPLACEMENT MAPPING AND EXCHANGE VALIDATION

This tool uses a replacement mapping and exchange validation system that ensures request accuracy and policy compliance. The first stage identifies available replacement options from the page, extracting size, color, and model alternatives. The second stage validates the exchange request against stated policy: checking return windows, condition requirements, and any eligibility restrictions. The third stage performs a matching validation to ensure the requested replacement is in stock or available. The fourth stage incorporates a structured exchange schema capturing original item details, replacement specifications, reason classification, and request type. This validated, policy-checked data is passed to the AI with a clear exchange schema, enabling accurate, consistent requests.

THE PANEL

The BotGentz panel is fully draggable, allowing you to position it anywhere on your screen without obstructing page content. It includes per-site position memory, so the panel returns to your preferred location each time you visit a specific domain. Snap-to-edge functionality lets you dock the panel to any side of the browser window. The panel collapses to a compact icon when not in use and expands with a single click. You can resize it to your preferred dimensions, and pressing the Escape key instantly closes the panel. All interactions are smooth and intuitive, designed to work alongside your normal exchange workflow.

No exchange or order data is stored or transmitted beyond the immediate session.
