WHAT IT DOES

Fiverr Order Deadline Countdown automatically detects active orders and deadlines on your Fiverr dashboard and order pages. The tool calculates the time remaining until each order deadline and displays a compact countdown badge showing days, hours, and minutes remaining. Each badge is color-coded based on urgency — green for comfortable time, yellow for approaching, orange for soon, and red for urgent or overdue. A summary panel shows all active deadlines in a sortable list, helping you prioritize your workload and never miss a delivery deadline.

WHERE IT RUNS

This extension works exclusively on Fiverr at www.fiverr.com. It functions on the seller dashboard, order pages, active orders view, and any page displaying order information. The tool works across all Fiverr order types and adapts to the dynamic page structure.

HOW TO USE

Install the extension and navigate to your Fiverr dashboard or orders page. Compact countdown badges appear next to each order showing the time remaining. The overlay panel shows a summary of all active orders sorted by deadline. Use the overlay panel to customize the experience: toggle countdown badges on or off, toggle the summary panel on or off, choose the countdown format (Days + Hours or Hours + Minutes), toggle completed orders on or off, and click "Refresh Orders" to manually update the list. The countdowns update automatically every minute, and the status area shows the number of active orders.

TECHNICAL SECTION — ORDER DETECTION AND DEADLINE CALCULATION

The extension uses a multi-strategy detection engine to find orders and deadlines on Fiverr pages. It queries common order selectors including .order-item, .order-card, and pattern-matching class names. For each detected order, it extracts the deadline from date elements or text content using regex pattern matching for multiple date formats (MM/DD/YYYY, month-name formats, and relative dates like "2 days left"). The countdown engine calculates the time remaining in days, hours, and minutes, and color-codes the badge based on configurable urgency thresholds. The summary panel sorts orders by deadline and displays them in a scrollable list. All countdowns update automatically every minute, and a MutationObserver re-scans the page for new orders.

THE PANEL — DRAG / PER-SITE POSITION / SNAP / COLLAPSE / RESIZE / ESCAPE

The overlay panel is fully interactive and designed for seamless multitasking. Drag it anywhere on the screen using the handle at the top of the panel; the position is saved per site so it stays where you left it across sessions. The panel includes a snap-to-edge feature that gently anchors the overlay to the nearest screen edge when released. Click the collapse button to minimize the panel to a compact pill showing the current order count; expand it again with a single click. Resize the panel vertically by dragging the bottom-right corner to view more orders. Press the Escape key at any time to instantly close the overlay; it reappears on the next page navigation or refresh.

This extension requires the free BotGentz companion extension to function, as it provides the underlying content script injection and cross-origin communication framework. No personal data, browsing history, or order data is stored, transmitted, or shared. Settings are stored locally in your browser using GM_setValue and are never sent to any external server. The extension does not access or store login credentials, financial data, or personally identifiable information. The tool reads order information visible on the page and does not access Fiverr's API or any private data. Fiverr may update its page structure; the extension includes multiple detection strategies to maintain compatibility, but major redesigns may temporarily affect order detection. Countdowns are estimates based on your system time and should be verified against official Fiverr deadlines.
