About this app

WHAT IT DOES Invoice Due Date Highlighter is a floating panel that scans the current page for invoice due dates and payment deadlines. It compares each due date against the current date and highlights invoices with color-coded indicators: red for overdue, yellow for due soon (within your configured threshold), green for upcoming, and blue for paid invoices. The panel displays a summary of invoice statuses and a detailed list with days remaining. This helps finance teams and business owners quickly identify which invoices need immediate attention. WHERE IT RUNS This script runs on any website you visit — accounting platforms, invoicing systems, ERP dashboards, or any page with invoice due dates. It reads only the page you are looking at, never other tabs, bookmarks, or browser data. All data stays in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere. HOW TO USE Open any page with invoice due dates. Click the Invoice Due Date Highlighter panel button in the BotGentz extension toolbar. The panel appears at the edge of the page. Set your "due soon" threshold in days, then click "Scan Page". The tool highlights invoices directly on the page and displays a summary in the panel. Use "Clear Highlights" to remove color coding, or "Copy Results" to copy the full analysis to your clipboard. TECHNICAL MECHANISM The tool scans the page for date patterns using regular expressions that match due date, invoice date, payment due, pay by, and invoice due phrases. It also scans table cells and elements for date-like content near invoice-related keywords. Paid invoices are detected by looking for "paid" keywords. Each detected date is parsed and compared against the current date to calculate days remaining. Based on the status (overdue if days < 0, due soon if days
