WHAT IT DOES

JotForm Submission Export Enhancer scans the current page for JotForm submission data, extracting form names, submission IDs, field values, submission dates, and user information from JotForm submission tables and detail views. The floating panel provides export enhancers including batch export of submissions, format selection (CSV, JSON, Excel-compatible), and field mapping. A summary of submission counts by date and field values, export history tracking, and progress indicators for batch operations are provided. Filter submissions by date and field values, preview export content, and one-click copy or download exported data. Submissions with incomplete fields are highlighted, and export trends are tracked.

WHERE IT RUNS

Works on JotForm submission pages, including form submission tables, detail views, and export interfaces. The script detects submissions using JotForm-specific selectors and extracts submission metadata. It works best on JotForm submission and form result pages.

HOW TO USE

The panel displays a summary of total submissions, today's submissions, and unique field count, followed by a list of all detected submissions. Each submission shows its ID, date, and key field values. Select the export format (CSV, JSON, or Text) using the dropdown. Click "Export All" to batch export all submissions in the selected format. Export history is tracked and can be viewed or cleared. Click "Scan Submissions" to refresh the list if the page updates.

MECHANISM — SUBMISSION EXTRACTION WITH MULTI-FORMAT EXPORT

The script detects JotForm submissions by finding submission containers using selectors (.submission-row, .submissions-table tbody tr). From each container, it extracts the submission ID, date, user information, and field values using targeted sub-selectors and pattern matching. The export engine supports three formats: CSV (with dynamic column headers based on all detected fields), JSON (structured data with all fields preserved), and formatted text (human-readable with field-value pairs). The batch export concatenates all submissions with appropriate formatting. Export history tracks each batch operation with timestamp, count, and format. All extraction and formatting runs client-side with no network calls.

THE PANEL

The floating panel is fully draggable and remembers its position per domain. Click the minimize button to collapse it to a small bubble, or press Escape to hide it. The panel automatically adjusts to different screen sizes and can be resized to show more content. All settings, including default export format and field mapping, are saved per domain. The panel integrates smoothly with any page layout using the BGPanel framework, maintaining clean separation from page content.

PLEASE NOTE

This script requires the free BotGentz extension to run. It does not send any data to external servers; all extracted submission data, export history, and settings remain entirely local to your browser using GM_setValue. The script never reads password fields, hidden inputs, or file inputs. It stores only submission IDs, dates, user information, field values, and export history from publicly visible JotForm page content. Submission detection depends on the page structure; if submissions are not detected, use the "Scan Submissions" button to refresh extraction. The script works on JotForm pages and detects pages by hostname. Export content is copied to the clipboard and does not interact with JotForm directly. Data persists across browser sessions and is isolated per browser profile.
