About this app

WHAT IT DOES

Marketplace Dispute Message Drafter is a shopping tool that analyzes order details, seller information, dispute resolution policies, and communication history from any webpage, then drafts a professional, factual message for a marketplace dispute. It identifies the order number, purchase date, item details, seller information, and applicable policies, then generates a well-structured message that clearly states the issue (such as incorrect item, damaged goods, non-delivery, missing parts, or not as described), references relevant order details (order number, date, amount), and proposes a specific resolution (such as a full refund, partial refund, replacement, or store credit). You can choose between a diplomatic or firm tone, review the draft in the panel, edit it as needed, and copy it for use in the marketplace's resolution center or messaging system.

WHERE IT RUNS

This tool operates as a panel within the BotGentz browser extension, available for Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. It works on any webpage displaying order details, seller information, dispute resolution policies, or related shopping content. Common sources include Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Alibaba, and other e-commerce platforms' order and resolution pages.

HOW TO USE

Navigate to any page that displays order details, seller information, or dispute resolution content. Open the BotGentz extension and select Marketplace Dispute Message Drafter from the tool menu. The panel will appear on the side of your browser. Enter your full name and email address in the provided fields (these are stored locally for future use). Select the issue type from the dropdown menu, enter a brief description of the issue, select the requested resolution, and choose your preferred tone (diplomatic or firm). Click the "Draft Dispute Message" button to analyze the current page content. The tool extracts the relevant order and seller details and sends them along with your information to the AI for processing. Within moments, you will receive a professional, factual dispute message in the panel. Review the draft, make any edits directly in the panel, and click the copy button to save it to your clipboard for use in the marketplace's resolution center.

TECHNICAL SECTION — ORDER AND DISPUTE CONTEXT EXTRACTION

This tool uses a specialized pipeline trained on e-commerce order and dispute resolution communication patterns. First, it performs a hierarchical DOM traversal that prioritizes content blocks containing order and dispute indicators such as "order," "purchase," "transaction," "invoice," "seller," "dispute," "resolution," "policy," "return," "refund," and "claim." Second, it extracts candidate passages using a context-aware sliding window that captures both the order data and surrounding structural markers (order numbers, dates, item names, seller details, policy terms). Third, a trained classifier assigns each passage a probability score for being part of an order or dispute context using features like order number patterns, pricing language, item descriptors, and policy language frequency. Fourth, the system applies semantic clustering to group related content into five core categories: the order number and date, the item or service purchased, the seller information, the dispute resolution policy, and any communication history. Finally, the structured clusters, combined with the user's provided information (name, email, issue type, description, resolution, and tone), are passed to the AI model with a constrained prompt that instructs it to generate a complete dispute message with standardized sections (subject line, order reference, clear issue statement, supporting details, proposed resolution, and polite closing), reducing hallucination and ensuring a professional, contextually appropriate draft.

THE PANEL

The side panel is designed for seamless integration into your browsing workflow. You can drag it to either side of the window, and it remembers your preferred position per website. It supports snap-to-edge behavior and can be collapsed to a small tab for minimal distraction. The panel is resizable horizontally and vertically, with a minimum width of 280px and maximum of 600px. Pressing the Escape key closes the panel. All settings are saved locally.

PLEASE NOTE

This tool requires the free BotGentz extension and an active subscription to access the AI drafting feature. AI-generated dispute messages are for assistance only and should be reviewed for accuracy and completeness before sending, as interpretations may occasionally miss order details or misread policy terms. Websites change their order page formats frequently, and extraction scripts may need periodic updates; we strive to keep the pattern library current. This tool does not store or transmit page content except for the extracted text sent to the AI API; your personal information (name, email) is stored locally in your browser and is only sent to the AI as part of the draft generation. No browsing history or personal data is collected or retained. Subscription billing is monthly and can be canceled at any time.
