Multisig Owner Auditor

Reads owners, threshold, version and balance across a list of Safes, then surfaces the finding a per-Safe view never produces: an owner appearing on several of them, where one compromised key reaches every Safe it sits on at once. A threshold of one is flagged prominently, since that is a multisig in name only — any single owner can move everything alone. Enabled modules are reported separately rather than folded into the N-of-M figure, because a module can execute transactions without the threshold being met at all, which means the headline ratio is not the whole picture for those Safes.
