The AI extracts every key piece of information from the confirmation page: the unique order number for reference, a complete itemized list of products or services with quantities and individual prices, subtotal calculations, taxes and fees, shipping costs, and the final total amount. It also captures shipping and billing addresses, the payment method used, estimated delivery dates or shipping timelines, and the current order status. The output is a well-organized summary that you can save for your records, share with team members, or use for expense tracking and returns management.

WHERE IT RUNS

The tool runs as a panel inside your browser on any website that displays order confirmation, receipt, or checkout completion pages. This includes e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify stores, WooCommerce sites, and custom retail websites, as well as service-based platforms that provide confirmation for bookings, reservations, or subscription orders. The panel appears automatically when you navigate to a confirmation page, or you can trigger it manually via the BotGentz extension interface. The AI processes the page content through the BotGentz infrastructure, keeping your interaction responsive and secure without storing or transmitting your data beyond the immediate session.

HOW TO USE

Simply install the BotGentz extension, complete your purchase on any supported website, and navigate to the order confirmation or receipt page. Open the Order Confirmation Summarizer panel and select your preferred summary format from the dropdown — Compact, Standard, or Detailed — to control how much information is included. Toggle "Auto-copy after generation" if you want summaries automatically copied to your clipboard for instant use in spreadsheets, notes, or email records. Click "Generate Summary" and the AI immediately scans the page, extracting all visible order details and structuring them into a clean, readable summary. Review the output in the panel, and if needed, regenerate with a different format. Once satisfied, click "Copy Summary" to copy the formatted text to your clipboard. Use the panel's drag, resize, collapse, and snap features to position it conveniently on your screen.

This tool uses an order-specific semantic mapping system that identifies and validates e-commerce transaction data. Unlike generic scrapers that collect all visible text, this system employs a rules-based extraction engine trained on common e-commerce HTML patterns — including structured tables, receipt containers, checkout summaries, and order detail sections. It applies a hierarchical validation layer that cross-references extracted values: it verifies that line item prices sum to the subtotal, checks that subtotal plus tax plus shipping equals the grand total, and confirms that quantity multiplied by unit price matches each line total. Any discrepancies are flagged for the AI to highlight. It includes per-site position memory, so the panel returns to your preferred location each time you visit a specific domain. Snap-to-edge functionality lets you dock the panel to any side of the browser window. The panel collapses to a compact icon when not in use and expands with a single click. You can resize it to your preferred dimensions, and pressing the Escape key instantly closes the panel. All interactions are smooth and intuitive, designed to work alongside your normal shopping and order tracking workflow.
